How was your long weekend? Ours was pretty good, but I'm happy to get back to our usual routine today. I have a fun new recipe to share with you: Cheeseburger Boats! These little stuffed burgers are fun to make and even more fun to eat. Get the recipe and a quick how-to video right here.
As a bonus, I also put together a roundup of 10 Nut-Free Sandwiches. These are super handy for those of us with kids who have nut allergies or go to nut-free schools, but you'll probably find some sandwiches you'd like to try even if you don't fall into either of those categories!
