Hello! Happy Sunday!!

The heat and humidity left and we're having the most gorgeous summertime weather here in Minnesota. It's so wonderful to have the windows open again!

It's been a little quiet on my end lately, as I had been deep into preparing for a full day of creating recipe videos (6 in one day, yikes!). I am glad to have that day behind me now, to be more present around here! Stay tuned - I'll be sharing the videos soon.

My Favorite Things this week... We have a small collection of cutting boards around here, as all four of us are often at the counter at the same time when we're preparing a meal together. And I have to give a shout-out to this larger one right here (link HERE). I have grown to rely on it, and used it for a number of the recipe videos this past week. It's very lightweight considering its large cutting surface, stays put with grippy edges, and it's reasonably priced. When I have alot of chopping to do, this is the cutting board I reach for!
