I Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving with Family and Friends. I just thought I would send you all a reminder that the average person GAINS 7-10 lbs. between Thanksgiving and Christmas!

Be Reasonable!!!!!

Eat what appeals to you on Thanksgiving without overstuffing yourself. There is nothing wrong with enjoying holiday food. However, then have a healthy eating weekend so you can enjoy the up coming Christmas/Holiday parties. You aren't depriving yourself from leftovers. You are saving yourself from overeating and feeling lousy Monday morning!!!
