The Eagleview Farmers Market will be open weekly, every Thursday, from 3 - 6:30 PM in Eagleview Town Center.

It's that time of year - we're losing light at the Farmers Market! As long as the skies stay clear this Thursday we will remain open till 6:30 PM.

Save the Date, and the Turkey!

We'll be hosting our annual Thanksgiving Farmers Market in Eagleview Town Center again this year on Tuesday, November 21 from 3 - 7 PM. We will have everything you need to keep your Thanksgiving local. Want a turkey - better place a pre-order with either Lindenhof Farm or Canter Hill Farm to be sure you get the size bird you want! Both have conventional and heritage breeds.

Pasta Loving

Aunt Mamie's Pasta is amazing! And this is the perfect time of year to pair up their fresh pasta with seasonal veggies. Here are some great recipes:

Aldebaran Farm - Enjoy your local, sustainably grown salad greens while they are still here! We will be bringing lettuce mix, baby kale, spicy salad mix, and maybe some arugula this week. We will also have lettuce heads, sweet peppers, green peppers, and possibly our last eggplant of the season.

Down to Earth Harvest - Certified Naturally Grown! - Beets, crunchy kohlrabi, carrots. Lettuce, kale, chard. Radishes, peppers, escarole. Parsley rosemary, sage. Salad mix, arugula and spinach.

Frecon Farms and Bakery - Concrod grapes. Apples: Gala, Honey Crisp, McIntosh, Cortland, Empire, Jonagold, Golden Delicious. Pears: Bosc & Seckel. Mother Mary Cider Vinegar! Plus their full line-up of Hard Cider, fruit butters, dried apples, and cider applesauce. Baked goods include: Pies: Apple, Tart Cherry, Bourbon Apple Pecan Crumb, Apple Cherry, Chicken Pot Pies, large and small. Apple cider donuts, focaccia, scones (Lemon Raspberry, Apple, Cheddar Bacon Onion), muffins, and fruit pies using Frecon Fruit!

Old Homestead Farm - Only a few weeks left to savor these late succession summer veggies: fresh picked sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, zucchini, cucumbers, green beans and lima beans. We're also bringing red beets, turnips, heads of lettuce, radishes, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, chard, spinach, winter squash, baby sweet potatoes, white & red potatoes, fennel, leeks, salad mix, herbs and flower bouquets.

Canter Hill Farm -

Lindenhof Farm - Fall weather is here and we have lots of farm fresh meats to celebrate! Plenty of eggs, wings, drumsticks, thighs, breasts, ground turkey and lots of other meats for your dinners and weekend plans. We have hot dogs, sausages, hamburgers, steaks and pork for your tailgate parties and sporting events. Six weeks till Thanksgiving, so we are accepting orders for fresh turkeys, all sizes, white or heritage turkeys. We even have a few geese and ducks for an alternative feast. Cocky Gourmet Confections - While we offer many delicious and non-traditional flavors of nut and seed brittle, we also offer most of these flavors "with Attitude". With attitude means with double the flavor or with some additional ingredient that takes the existing flavor, and in the words of Nigel Tufnel, takes it to 11.
