This is a 4-day training and preparation for the IIEMA Certified Professional in Enterprise Management (CPEM) ® Exams. It is an intensive hands-on knowledge transfer in enterprise operations and strategy management, it is a detailed acquisition of skills and knowledge required in Enterprise management to passing the exams in one sitting. The Instructors have a minimum of 15 years’ experience managing enterprise operations and mentorship in various areas of the 21st-century business enterprise. The training will cover all enterprise processes end – end, including the enterprise framework with guides from the enterprise management book of knowledge (EMBOK).

Delivery Method

This is a live online class conducted using our Zoom, Goto-meeting, TeamViewer and Webex Technologies. You will interact with your Instructor and other participants in a real-time live online environment. We would send you the email link to join after your registration and payments. Classes are scheduled for 4hrs per day.

At the end of the training Interested participants are advised to take the Professional exams and will be conferred with the certified professional in Enterprise Management (CPEM) upon obtaining the passing score. A designation awarded only by our institute and acceptable worldwide as qualification representing expertise in Enterprise Management. The 2hrs exam cost N25,000 and only for interested participants.
