Refugee Crisis

Refugee Crisis Program - March 3 at 6:30 p.m.

Guest speaker, William Toel, a German observer and teacher in the Honor Program at Bradley University, spent one month this fall walking through the five states that formerly made up East Germany. He visited 93 villages and towns talking to ordinary citizens to understand what was happening and why the reality was so different to what was portrayed in the media about the refugee crisis. The conclusions that he found are now playing out with dramatic consequences. Join us for this interesting discussion and photographic presentation at Morton Library. Free and open to the public.
