A special visit to Delos island with sound healing

Our visit to the sacred island of Delos, the largest natural archeological site on an island, will take place on Saturday.
No other island hosts so many monuments of archaic, classical and Hellenistic times and that is why it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The highest point of Delos (112 m.) is Kynthos, the sacred mountain of the narrow plain, where the ancient city and the sanctuary of Apollo stretched. We will try to reach that point.
At the top of Kynthos and in Andro, is one of the holiest places of Delos.
Legend has it that as soon as Leto, with the help of Eilithia and all the gods who had gathered there, except Hera of course, gave birth to Apollo, everything in Delos was flooded with golden light and the place was filled with flowers.
In both sanctuaries (Delos & Delphi), Apollo was
celebrated as the god of music and light.
So how can we not take a walk to the brightest part of the Earth and let this brilliant light bathe us, the Apollonian light!

We will be staying at the beautiful Villa Konstantine hotel, situated just outside Mykonos centre.

The hotel was awarded as "Τhe Best of the Best" in 2021 by Trip Advisor
and has a superb space for all our indoor practices.

2 overnight stays (Friday & Saturday 29-30/4)
2 Breakfast/Brunches (Saturday & Sunday) at the hotel
5 group sessions: 1 Gong Bath, 3 Sound Healing sessions with meditation/visualisation

To secure your place, a 50% deposit is required by the 10th April 2022 at the latest, in order to secure the room type of your choice.
Cancellations up to the 15/4/22, 100% of the amount can be refunded.
For reservations or any cancellations after 15/4 a refund is not applicable.

If you have your own yoga mat, it would be good to bring it with you as well as comfortable clothes and shoes, a hat and a water bottle, for our trip to Delos and our practices.
