I was piecing the rest of my blocks today.

Hey there!

Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that my new Samosa Quilt Along video series has started!

You can watch the first video here.

***

Here's what you'll need to join in on the quilty fun:

10" x 10" squares of quilting cotton (exact number of squares will depend on the quilt size you make. I suggest at least 42 squares for a lap sized quilt top.)

• The 10" Slicer ruler.

• Basic quilting supplies.

***

In this Video #1 I show you how to cut and piece your Samosa Quilt blocks using 10" x 10" precut squares.

If you're cutting your own squares from yardage stay tuned for Video #2 where I will share with you my tips on how I like to do it. That video will be posted on my blog tomorrow.

I had a chance to make some of my blocks today and have been playing around with placement on my design wall. It's so quick and easy to make! I love a fun quilt design that I can make in a day!

Don't you?
