I must have been hit with an extra dose of Thanksgiving spirit because this year I planned not one but three menus.
First I created my ultimate Thanksgiving feast, what I serve when I'm trying to impress family and friends and don't plan to worry about fat and sugar for the day.
Then there's my "sticking to the plan" meal, what I eat when I need a spectacular meal but don't want to eat a lot of fat and sugar.
Finally, I made a gluten-free menu for those of you who are gluten-free and are looking for an amazing vegan feast.
