We had an unusual request, delivered in an unusual way. A customer, accompanied by his son and daughter, pulled out his phone and played us a video. Dressed in pajamas, his younger son was jumping up and down, saying over and over that he wanted to buy his mom a blue owl.
The children quickly spotted the painting of an owl on a feather. We also showed them a baby’s onesie (not a good gift for the mother) and a bowl, both with blue owls. Then the family saw Tami Rodrig's blue owl pendant. It was the perfect gift.
