Hi Member,
This is our final eNews for 2017 - and yes we have missed the last couple of weeks. I had intended on resuming our regular chats from the 1st December but hospital visits and meetings with doctors are still a priority so our eNews have suffered.
This year has been a challenging one for me and I have to be honest - my tank is almost empty. Although I've managed to maintain regular exercise and good eating habits the signs are all there that it's time for a break. I'm tired, really, really tired, I find it hard to concentrate on anything and I'm quick to anger - so our family holiday can't come soon enough.
It would be easy for me to write off 2017 as a year where nothing went right, but that's not really fair as there's always good, postive and even happy things that occurred if we take the time to look. So that's what I'm suggesting we all do - no matter how good or otherwise 2017 was for you - in the blog post Enjoy the ride into 2018 - You deserve it.
Also this week you'll find a new blog post from Practice Sale Search in which they explain what they're experts at and how they can help you. 2018 might be the year you're considering selling your practice OR becoming a practice owner yourself - so it's a post you should definitely check out.
Normally at this time we've launched our 'What's on in 2018? Veterinary CPD Calendar' but we'll have to wait until the New Year to reveal its new look AND format. In the meanwhile you'll find some amazing CPD that's already planned for 2018 from e-Vet Learning; VetPrac and CCG.
Finally, you'll find our last list for 2017 of resources we came across over the last week or so for you and to share with your clients.
Whatever your plans are over Christmas and the New Year I hope you get to spend time with those you love. Stay safe, don't take your health or that of your loved one's for granted and most importantly look after yourself both physically AND mentally. One's not so good without the other.
Thank you for being patient over the last few months and I'm looking forward to diving back into growing our online veterinary community in 2018 - including the search for a new member to join the team. So many great ideas and opportunites means I'm going to need some help!
As always.....
Our aim is to help you...save time, connect & discover!
Enjoy your reading :)
