"More than just a PYTT, this training has helped me grow into a better mother, stronger woman, and far more devoted yoga practitioner." - Lily Vreeland, 2017 Birthing Mama® 90-Hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

“Birthing Mama Prenatal Yoga Training is a beautiful balance of physiology, emotional awareness, and holistic preparation for birth and motherhood. Corinne’s instruction is inspiring and so personally restorative. I’m excited to share the gifts of Birthing Mama with my community.”Kindreth Hamilton, Integrity Women’s Health

Lead teacher Corinne Andrews is also lead teacher for the 200 hour Embodyoga® Teacher Training, co-owner of YCA, a birth doula, and creator of the Birthing Mama® Prenatal Yoga and Wellness ONLINE program. She has been teaching yoga to people of all ages since 2003, and started teaching prenatal yoga in 2007.

This training will prepare you to teach public prenatal and postnatal yoga classes. The material presented is just as useful for one-on-one sessions with your doula, midwifery or private yoga clients. Pregnant women are also very warmly welcome! For those of you who do not live locally, email us if you need support with finding a place to stay during our weekends together.

This program is accredited through Yoga Alliance, and upon completion you will receive a 90 hour Prenatal Yoga Teaching certificate.
