Class times:

2-3 PM (New York/Boston)

1-2 PM (Chicago/Houston)

11 AM-12 PM (Los Angeles/San Francisco/Seattle)

8-9 AM (Honolulu)

Register once for the full series and attend all of the classes you wish, even if you can only join once. Access information is the same for each class and will be sent by email once your registration is confirmed and included in weekly class reminders.

Led by specially trained teaching artists, each session will include a welcome and introduction, a 40-50 minute movement experience, and time for group conversation.

Online classes will be offered via Zoom. Click here to learn more about how to download the free application on your home computer, tablet, or smartphone; click here to learn how to set your default language to Simplified or Traditional Chinese in the Zoom app. Program staff will be online and available to help troubleshoot technical difficulties 15 minutes before class start time.

► In accordance with "Key To NYC," and as part of our commitment to providing as safe an environment as possible, anyone planning to attend in-person classes will be required to provide proof of vaccination in order to participate. Additionally, all individuals will be required to be masked while in the building, regardless of vaccination status.

The Mark Morris Dance Group and Queens Theatre are committed to working with our community and will not exclude anyone from access to our programs. Anyone who has questions or requires an exemption should reach out to maria@danceforpd.org.

In Dance for PD® classes, participants explore movement and music in ways that are enjoyable, stimulating and creative. This award-winning, research-backed global program is designed for people living with Parkinson's but appropriate for anyone with mobility concerns. No dance experience is required. Seated or standing, participants will explore elements of different dance styles from the safety of home with energizing and inspiring music as a guide.

A program of the Mark Morris Dance Group, Dance for PD serves as a model for classes in more than 300 communities in 25 countries around the world.
