A - Reception:
▪ There will be separation at the queue for Check-in and Check-out.
▪ Guests can communicate with the Reception by phone, text or WhatsApp during their stay to minimize visits to the Reception.
B - Restaurant:
▪ Only breakfast a-la-carte will be offered.
▪ The guest may order room service.
▪ If you wish to eat in the restaurant, only 9 tables per hour will be accepted, and you must make a prior reservation by phone.
C - Pool:
▪ The number of people in the pool at one time will be limited.
▪ At the time of Check-in, specific hours will be assigned to each room for the use of the pool.
▪ You will need to wear face masks when you are out of the water.
▪ Chairs are 6 feet or more apart.
▪ At the moment, visits will not be accepted. If you wish to meet someone who is not a guest, you must do so outside the hotel grounds.
