Dealing with people is such a big part of our lives. So what happens when we find others difficult to live or work with? Buddhist philosophy offers some clear methods for taking control back and realizing that we can improve our relationships with others simply by changing the way we view them. During this workshop we will practice some meditations that help improve the way we relate and respond to others, so we can be at peace regardless of how others behave. In order to make a contribution to our local community, 10% of the Winter Bells semester registration fees will be donated to Beyond Hunger. Families are struggling to make ends meet and I'd like to support the steadfast efforts of this essential organization.
Thank you for your continued support. I'll continue to offer classes for as long as it's viable. Please reach out if you need to make payment arrangements. It's crucial that we continue to provide a musical outlet for our kids and ourselves. Community. Music. Food. These are important to all of us.
