V2V Update

It is less than two weeks until race day! I hope your team is getting excited about participating. We are certainly getting excited and working hard to make sure you have a great experience.

Check-In Locations and Details

Welcome Reception and Packet Pickup Events (please attend either or both)
Thursday, April 12 - Aloft Greenville Downtown - 5-7:30 pm
Friday, April 13 - Highland Brewing Company - 4-8 pm
*All participants must pick up their own packets. If you are unable to attend either event, you can pick up your packet on Saturday morning before your start at Highland Brewing Company. Please allow extra time (45 minutes before your start) if you are checking in on Saturday morning.

Starting Line
Saturday, April 14 - Highland Brewing Company - 5-8:40 am
*If your entire team has checked in on Thursday or Friday, please arrive 30 minutes before your starting time and head directly to the Safety Zone to show your V2V bracelets and verify that your team has the required safety equipment.

Safety Gear and Video

Every participant must watch the safety video before the event.

Also, each team must have the required safety gear items to check-in the morning of the relay. The required items are two reflective vests, two headlamps, and two blinking LED lights.

Carry your phone on race day for access to these interactive race day features. Let your friends know you are using RaceJoy so they can share your race experience!

Remind - Want to get text updates during the race? We will be communicating important information via text using the Remind app. Just download the Remind app and join @V2V2018 or text @V2V2018 to 81010 and you will get safe, secure race information sent to your phone.
