They can be used to supply habitats and can even turn into food for animals once they start decomposing. In Salem, through the Parks & Recreation Department, live Christmas Tree recycling is available at Waterworth Memorial Park. You may drop LIVE trees off during park hours. Please enter the park via the Sunset Blvd entrance. The drop-off location is the lot in front of the dog park on the right side of the road, just past the softball field. | Fun in the New Year at the Salem Public Library Next Saturday, January 6 (But registrations fill up fast!) You're invited to a world of pure imagination. This party is all about starting the new year off with something fun, sweet, and timeless - Willy Wonka and his crazy treats.
