DEAR FEARLESS PARENTS & FRIENDS,

We are sharing this with our entire list so our peeps in different states will see what we're up to and consider working with us on a future event.

And everyone who's joining us on Tuesday, January 24, we are so looking forward to seeing you at the Two River Theater in Red Bank, NJ for our “Conversation about Childhood Vaccination” event.

The event is sold out, the standby list is now closed, and the local papers are covering the event! Check out this article in the January issue (page 42) of one of the area's leading news magazines, The Journal, which publishes four separate editions to cover Monmouth County. We begin to shift the culture when events about vaccination choice for parents are included next to community activities at the Garden Club, Women's Club, local parks, and the local arts center.

The theater is at full capacity and has never had a crowd this big. Ever. For this reason, we are being asked to follow strict registration and security procedures.

YOUR TICKET MUST BE SCANNED UPON ARRIVAL

If you can’t find your ticket, or if you selected the will call option, call Brown Paper Tickets at 800-838-3006 or email them at support@brownpaper tickets.com to get USPS mail, print-at-home, or mobile delivery. And ask them to change the name on your ticket if it doesn't match your photo ID.

To avoid gridlock at registration, be prepared to present ID and a printed or mobile ticket (with QR code) so it can be scanned.

TICKETS NOT SCANNED BY 6:50pm WILL BE RELEASED TO THE WAITLIST. Don't be late!

ALL TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE

The theater has limited the number of people who are permitted early entrance and/or admission to restricted access areas. Exhibitors, volunteers, and VIP reserved seating ticket holders will have different color wristbands.

For this reason, exhibitor tickets are not transferable.

If you have extra tickets, let us know as soon as possible. If you've given tickets away and the new recipients' names aren't on the tickets, ask them to have Brown Paper Tickets change it.

LOTS OF GOOD REASONS TO ARRIVE EARLY (and VOLUNTEER)

If you'd like to volunteer, contact us and let us know when you can arrive. We need help in the early to mid-afternoon; during the exhibitor fair; and after the program ends.

The exhibitor fair starts at 5pm. We strongly recommend that you arrive early:

I HAVE A STANDBY TICKET -- SHOULD I GO?

In a word, yes!

First of all, the community fair is open to the public. You'll be able to mingle, eat healthy food, and take lots of great information and freebies home.

The theater says that 20% of ticket holders typically don't show so we know that some seats will definitely open up. Hang around the registration desk starting around 6:30 pm and ask how things are looking.

If you're willing to sit on stage in the wings, let us know. We can't accommodate everyone but there are a few spots available.

Worst case, you'll be able to watch on closed circuit TV in the lobby. The current screen is small but we hope to swap it out (can't promise).

AUDIO AND VIDEO AGREEMENT AND RELEASE

There is no private audio or video filming of the program.

Since the event is sold out, we cannot commit to seating you in a no-film zone.

We will ask you to sign this release so please read it now.

In addition to committing not to film or audio record the event, the release applies to any film, audio, and video footage that we may obtain during the event, including candids and testimonials. You will be asked to sign the release at registration. Even if you do not sign the form, your attendance at the event assumes your agreement with the release.
