A few reminders
Team Member Form:
Is your team member form complete? If so, thank you. If not, please add the names and emails of those that are confirmed on your team to your form. Any changes you make to the form will automatically be saved and we can then add all team member emails to our distribution list to share important race details.
Race Pace Estimate:
We ask that each team utilize our Pace Projection Worksheet to help estimate the total team pace on your Team Member Form. We need these predictions to be as accurate as possible so that teams can be assigned the appropriate starting time. Teams are required to have an overall team pace of 10 minutes and 30 seconds per mile or faster. Your estimate can be recorded on your Team Member Form and adjusted until February 13, 2019.
Driver Package:
Does your team have a driver that will help navigate your vehicle on race day? If so, treat them to our Driver Package which includes an official race t-shirt, commemorative Ville to Ville Relay beer glass and a cold craft brew at one of our packet pick-up events. Only $25! Final Payment:
If you didn't pay in full during registration, your final team payment of $450 is due by January 15, 2019. Click here to make your final payment.
