BONELESS STUFFED TURKEY
This is a very special recipe because it's the only recipe on the blog from my husband. The traditional Mexican stuffing is made using ground pork and ground beef mixed with bacon, ham, spices, raisins, herbs, and wine. I hope you consider trying this version this Thanksgiving, you'll be surprised with how good this bird tastes! COME CHECK IT OUT!

ORANGE ATOLE

TURKEY CRISPY TACOS!

My younger sister told me about how she uses the leftover turkey for making these crispy tacos. They are quite a treat! Make sure to watch your family's faces when you serve this to them! Don't worry if you don't have the Mole sauce, any sauce will work fine.

COOKING TIP:
When making tortillas chips or chilaquiles, always cut the tortillas the day or night before cooking them, then let them air dry on a kitchen napkin over your countertop. This way the tortillas will get crispy faster and absorb less oil.
