Bookings and Deposits

The summer is an extremely busy period. We advise all clients to book 2-3 appointments in advance where possible to avoid disappointment.

Please don't be offended if you are asked for a deposit when booking treatments over a certain length of time. This has become necessary during our busy times, largely as a result of recent late cancellations and no shows.

We respectfully request at least 24 hous notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to do this and simply not turning up wastes the therapist's time and means that the time slot cannot be offered to someone else.
