Fall Session Begins August 2

Hard to believe, but true. The 15-week spring GTD session ends the last week in July, and the 15-week fall session starts the 1st week of August. First onsite track workout is Tuesday, August 2.

The sessions began on July 11, in Peabody at the Bishop Fenwick fields. They continue through August 12, 3 mornings per week.

Are you seriously getting ready for the fall xc season?

Or will you get run down by runners (like the 4 above) who are training hard this summer.

Does not help to pretend that you're training. Does not really help to spend a week at a camp and call that your summer program.

The GTD xc program is 3 mornings per week. It continues through August 12.
You can join now and still benefit.
