Welcome to 2022! Wow! There has been so much going on since last Thursday that it feels like more than just 5 days! Between the crazy fires in the Boulder area, my parents 50th wedding anniversary, New Years Eve/Day, family in town, Betty White passing, the snow storm, it has already been a whirlwind! I hope yours has been a bit more calm. In the midst of the chaos is an opportunity to find the calm within. Whether it be to focus on a few deep breaths, step out to nature for a moment, find a quiet room for 5 minutes, feel your grounding cord ground to the center of the earth, or however you choose there are opportunities to allow yourself to connect in with You. Which then allows you to step back into the chaos with a fresh perspective and not let the chaos control you. When you start to feel the chaos and overwhelm take over, I hope you will be able to find your peace. Paula will wax poetic and share her insights with us about Be-longing. We will then practice harnessing the miraculous quantum healing energies of a small group to heal others, your life and the planet. This group is based on Lynn McTaggart’s book, “The Power of Eight.”
We ask that you prepare a few words or themes prior to each group along the lines of what healing energy you would like to send into the infinite quantum healing realms.
