Fair News Monthly Updates April 2020 Banner copy

Dear All Moral Fairground supporters,

In reflection of the current changes in the world, Moral Fairground is adjusting the theme for the Ethical Enterprise 2020 conference. Re-Think, Re-Set, Re-Boot: Reshaping the Impact Economy. We recognise that our approach to life, in general, will likely be shifting as we move through these times of much unknown. Our mission, as ever, is to bring people together to create networks of like-minded and well-informed individuals who care about People, Planet and purpose. Now more than ever we are being called to intimately review our systems/previous norms and rethink how these could be reinvented to evolve with us.

This event is for everyone who cares about being a part of the way our collective futures look and is shaped. Ranging from government employees to CEOs to for-purpose tech startups, this conference is for people from all communities and backgrounds, anyone who wants to grow with their communities and challenge standards of what is meaningful, impactful and inclusive.

Susanna & the Moral Fairground Team.

Moral Fairground Happy Hour

Humanitix Networking events -2 copy

With the current global pandemic and domino effect this has on businesses and communities in general, we understand that everyone is struggling on some level at the moment and we wanted to see if we could do something to help our community of incredible enterprises.

Moral Fairground has been adapting to the circumstances as best as it can and as we take our networking and educational sessions into the digital realm of online conferences, we would like to invite your business to be a part of our weekly live screenings to our community, in which we introduce a different business to our community each week. We want to take this time as an opportunity to develop different types of connections with our community as well as continuing to nurture our human connections at the same time.

Each week we will be sharing information about a business to our audience and this will be recorded and available online via social media for those who don’t catch the live screening.

We are asking businesses to contribute a small fee of $50 to be involved to help cover some of the time we need to prepare to manage and market.

In the current climate we are becoming more aware that embracing traditional practices and understanding each other’s cultural differences can play a huge part in shaping a city that is adaptable and harmonious, and the way we see it, businesses have the power to shape communities and in sharing information, business tools and guidance, culturally diverse communities will be able to positively impact local economies. Education is what enables us to make better choices, which can lead the generation of a rise in sustainable business practices.

Abiola Ajetomobi is a social innovator who is passionate about forming creative and sustainable solutions to increase the economic and social participation of people that would otherwise be left behind in society. Abiola shares that ensuring that the individuals she works with have the level of agency required at all stages of the process is what is at the heart of that.
