2017-18 Board Member Nominations & Committee Chair Selections
At our April PTO Meeting, we will be nominating Board Members for the 2017-18 School Year and filling Committee Chair roles.
Each year, every position is considered "Open until filled". However, the only positions that require a formal vote are for Board Members. The official vote will take place at the May meeting on 5/16.
Every position can be a "Co" position, meaning that you can have a partner working alongside you and sharing the workload.
We will have descriptions of each position available at the meeting. And if you have a special interest/talent for which there currently isn't a role defined, we can certainly consider adding one. The more the merrier!
The Desert Cove Field Days are April 12th & 13th! Volunteers are needed!
Coach K needs about 10 Volunteers each for the K-3 Field Day (4/12) and the 4-6 Field Day (4/13)
The Spring Book Fair is May 3rd to 5th! Cashiers Needed!
Our Spring Buy-One Get-One Free (BOGO) book fair is coming in May!
We have several ONE HOUR volunteer slots to fill for Cashiers. On the Volunteer Sign-Up website, you will find a link to a training video on how to run the register, and the Book Fair coordinator will be on-site to help as well!
