What a change in the world in a few weeks!
With much deliberation and consideration and advice from ABMP (my professional organization) I have decided to cancel my Bodywork appointments. I hope we can get back to work in a couple weeks, but the reality is probably at least a month.
I am offering 30 min Reiki/Energy Remote sessions, and 30 and 60 min Tarot/Intuitive Sessions via phone or zoom. All sessions are being offered for a discount, $45/30 min and $85/60 min. Please note these sessions are in Mountain Standard Time. Just Click Here to book your session!

I know this would be a great time for human contact and massage, but the virus isn't allowing that. Please do your part to help decrease the spread of this by Social Distancing and Washing your hands and Staying home if you re not feeling well. From what I have read, people can be asymptomatic and still have this virus then spreading it to others. And it IS highly spreadable!! Why this is IMPORTANT is so that when this virus level peaks (in 4-6 weeks) that we don't end up with no space in our hospitals for the people who need care. We are at a critical time for this to change direction, please do your part!
Keep Calm and Wash Your Hands!!
So, I know you have probably heard and read a lot about the coronavirus. I just want to reiterate some things you probably have heard and give some ideas that I use to help keep my immunity up.
Some are things that are things we already hear with a cold or flu; Wash your hands often (and well, so using soap, hot water and washing for at least 20-30 seconds, dry well), Avoid touching your face and eyes; If you are not feeling well (achy, headache, runny nose, cough, fever) STAY HOME!; Cover your cough and sneeze with a tissue and wash your hands after. Etc...
Vitamin C is a good immunity booster (I take some every day). Your immunity decreases with Stress, so try to Stay Calm, Meditate, listen to music, read books, enjoy your porch, eat healthy. Carry some hand sanitizer with you, and clean kleenex.
