Greetings Deer Spirit Friends!

I hope y'all are safe, well and making the most of the "Global Meditation & Healing retreat (and oh yeah, healing that pesky virus)" TJ and I are staying busy working from home, and we take some time out everyday to text or call friends and family. Everybody's ok so far thank god! TJ has been able to take yoga classes online with her favorite teachers and I've been able to work with a couple clients over the phone, work on my newsletters, meditate and manage my Free Covid 19 Distant Healing Team.

I think it's good to remember that even at it's peak, only a very small portion of the population will get sick with Covid 19. China has no new cases and is getting back to work and it's looking like we'll be through the worst of it by May. Yes, it's nasty if you get it and of course we should all comply with the safety measures as best we can and do whatever we can to help. Let's also remember that several new medications are being tested that have already been used successfully here and abroad and will soon cause a big reduction in the number of hospitalizations and deaths.

The way that everyone has pitched in to help during this crisis is truly amazing and it's restoring my faith in humanity. TJ's brother's FB post sums it up very nicely -

"The reports are that the truckers are getting supplies to the stores. People are stocking the shelves all night and letting old people shop first. Carnival Cruise line told Trump “We can match those big Navy Hospital ships with some fully staffed cruise ships” GM said hold our cars and watch this; we can make those ventilators where we were making cars starting next week. Women and children are making homemade masks and handing out snacks to truckers. Restaurants and schools said, We’ve got kitchens and staff; we can feed kids.” Churches are holding on-line services and taking care of their members and community. Construction companies said, “Here are some masks for the medical staff and doctors”. Breweries are making sanitizer out of the left-over ingredients. We thought we couldn’t live without Baseball, NASCAR, NBA or going to the beach, restaurants or a bar. Instead, we’re trying to keep those businesses open by ordering takeout."

And what Steve mentioned is a mere smidgen of what's going on. The other night on the news they had a scrolling list of dozens of major corporations who had donated money, manpower and resources, and in order to assist people stuck at home, there have been hundreds of online guided meditations, yoga and Qi Gong classes, Satsangs, sing songs, and funny home videos to keep our spirits up.

This is not a time to get caught up in the blame game, judging, hating, and divisive arguments. We're all in this together and everybody's doing the best they can.

Cobra's 2012 Portal, We Love Mass Meditation and Prepare For Change have organized the Global Ascension Timeline Meditation to support the most benevolent outcomes for the planet at the time of the exact conjunction of Jupiter and Pluto which will be 10:45pm EDT (East Coast USA time) on Saturday April 4th. It's not about the upcoming global meditation. It's about "The Reset" (just watch the video).

Please be advised that I am offering free daily distant healing for people who test positive for Covid 19 and who are sick with it. I have 16 of my students and colleagues on the distant healing team. If you know anyone who is sick with it, I would need their full name and their permission before I put them on the list. Everyone on the team has been instructed to send Reiki when they can for as long as they can. I'm suggesting at least 15 min. a day to all the people on the list at once. If you are trained in Reiki, Angelic Liquid Light or VortexHealing® and have distant healing experience, let me know if you'd like to join the team. We have 23 people on the distant healing list so far.

I want to thank everyone who joined my last 2 events! We had 60 people in the Free Angelic Liquid Light Equinox / Pandemic Distant Healing session and 28 people joined my Free Conference call Reiki circle on Monday. The turnouts for both events were much bigger than I expected, and thanks also to all who donated; I'm running on fumes now and it really helps!

I know this account may sound weird and scary to many who are xenophobic angel - phobic or uninformed about what can happen on the higher planes when we're out of the body. But experiences like this happen often when we're in the deep sleep state and we almost never remember them. The fact that Divine Standing Bear Woman had total recall of the experience is a testament to her shamanic lucid dreaming abilities. She's a very gifted Reiki Master / Medicine Woman and all those beings that did the tune up on her astral body were authentic angels and benevolent ET's (this is an etheric phenomenon. We all have an astral body that is made of light, not dense physical matter)

Message Of The Stars

It's undeniable that we have entered uncharted waters. We've been wrenched out of our habitual comfort zones without our permission and now the dawning realization sets in that life as we knew it is gone forever. We'd like everything to return to normal, but it won't, at least not in the way we hoped. And who cares? "Normal" wasn't working that well anyway. There's a helluva lotta room for improvement and this crisis is creating space for some major spiritual awakening to happen.

Yes, changes have happened that seem to be totally out of our control. We can think of this as a lesson, a test for us. When we are in fear there's a tendency to tense up and a desire to control, yet when we find ourselves in a rapid river of radical change, our best bet is to let go and go with the flow. Then we can adapt fluidly. Non - resistance is the key.
