Fall Greetings !

It's the first days of Fall and a Change of Seasons!

Here is a colorful image from the studio to acknowledge that change called: “Wine Country - Change of Seasons”. This piece was painted when I was in Oregon and sold to one of you who receive this ‘newsletter’! (Thank you very much!)

Have You Noticed the Change of Light?

I always notice a distinct change in the quality of light that seems to happen in a moment and tell me that Fall has arrived.

It is one of my favorite moments each year. It is an unlooked for moment that usually catches me off guard when I suddenly recognize the change and notice that a different feel is in the air. I am wondering who else notices it?

I am excited this weekend to check out ART San Diego a ‘big’ (for San Diego) contemporary art show that happens yearly.

For the first time it will be at the Wyland Center inside the Del Mar Fairgrounds. This event has been held for some time in the Balboa Park area.
