Meet Carlos Rivas, Certified Yoga Teacher and TFP Facilitator!
Hi, My name is Carlos! I have been facilitating for Tools for Peace for over three years, I am a certified yoga instructor. Currently, I am training to become a yoga therapist. As a long time yoga practitioner, my teaching style is open and adaptable to anyone who is willing to show up and meet the moment. The breath is an important connection between mindfulness and yoga and both help regulate the nervous system in profound ways. I've had the opportunity to practice and study under several experts in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation from all over the country.
