Employee of the Month - May

Congratulations to Joseline Lopez, our Senior Member Services Representative who is our employee of the month.

Joseline won this distinction for powering the calls response this month, achieving the highest response rate. She also prides herself to have obtained a high rate of call backs.

In the 4 years at LES People's, Joseline shares that she enjoys working with her peers and the members, especially when there are visible outcomes, such as helping accomplish a members' goal.

She believes that growing with the community is a team goal, and bettering herself is the effect of it. "Do your best and the best will come" is the rule she applies in life.

We are very proud to have Joseline in the team, and in behalf of the whole LES People's team, we want to thank her!

Employee of the Month - April

Congratulations to Luis Mercado, our Assistant Member Service Manager who was our employee of the Month, in April!

Luis earned this recognition for engaging young members with savings accounts that require $1 to open. He believes that engaging young members and young staff is the most important thing of his profession because “they are the future”.

When he left his former job at a commercial financial institution 17 years ago, he recounts that seeing a lot of people at our branches was what persuaded him to join us. He soon would engage with those same members and continue until today, increasingly over-the phone since last year.
