I'm excited to embark on this process of prefabricated building to simplify the permit process and to expedite construction.

Lately I've been thinking a lot about Henry Ford's words: "If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses."

CONSTRUCTION STREAMLINED. PERMIT PROCESSING SIMPLIFIED.

And just like that...the framing for the Sol Haus Tiny House Prefab is DONE!
The fact is, while the state permit is being processed with HCD, construction started simultaneously. When the permit was approved in less than one month, the framing was already completed!

I've been in the architecture and building industry for more than 25+ years. I've seen a lot of inefficiencies in the process. I've also seen a lot of possibilities and opportunities, away from site built construction and in prefab modular building.

If I can find a way to streamline as many of the inefficiencies, I'm thrilled!

It's time for a better way to build... And with a well designed teeny tiny house, a better way to live.
