Children 3 & younger are invited to the Nursery for Bible story time. | Youth Group For youth in 5th grade & up Last Sunday, we enjoyed Christmas music, fellowship, and Christmas decorating. Thank you to all who were able to come and make the church merry and bright! This Sunday we will be heading out of the church building to go to Salem, where we will be spreading the Christmas spirit. Rachel and Jen will be driving the group to some shopping areas to commit Random Acts of Christmas Kindness. This is a fun service project that will require most of our 90 minutes, so we plan to leave as close to 6pm as possible and return by 7:30. It would be a huge help if you could RSVP for your child by calling/texting/emailing Jen so we can plan accordingly.

Monday was definitely a great day out in the community. We spent time this week getting ready for this weekend's Christmas markets by making lots of jam. We also enjoyed decorating the outside of the property to make it look festive when you arrive at Common Ground. Take a look around to see all that we have accomplished! Tuesday's lunch was herb chicken, homemade rolls, and glazed carrots. Festivities begin throughout downtown at 4pm. The parade will commence at 6:00 pm. The route will begin on E. Federal Street near Champion and will finish on W. Federal Street at Symphony Place. The tree lighting will take place immediately following the parade (approximately 7:30), followed by pictures with Santa.
