Your ears are not just listening; they're rekindling the echoes of your legacy. | Alumni Spotlight Daniel Finchum -Class of 2006 This quarter's Alumni Spotlight is on Daniel Finchum. Daniel graduated from the Academy in 2006. He currently resides in New Market, Tennessee, with his wife, Ashley. The Finchums have three daughters, Madison, Kinsley, and Sawyer who are all students at TKA. He works as a contractor for East Tennessee Pipeline and has been serving as a member of TKA's Board of Trustees for the past few years. | Distinguished Alumni James Xie The King’s Academy is honored to recognize Mr. James Xie as the 2023 Distinguished Alumni of the Year Recipient. Mr. Xie, member of the class of 1995, was the first HCBA/TKA boarding student from the People’s Republic of China and referred many classmates to The King’s Academy. Upon graduation, Mr. Xie attended Berea College in Kentucky before returning to China to begin his professional career. Mr. Xie is the CEO of Central Minerals Group (commodity trade) and president of Oasis Development (real estate development). Mr. Xie’s daughters attended TKA in 2021/22 as second generation students and he currently serves as an active advisor and friend of the Academy in the Asian market and globally.
