Hi, Friends!

If you're traveling over Spring Break, don't forget to bring your Terre Haute Children's Museum pass! It gives you FREE admission to 280 museums around the country and world! Not sure where to go? Check out where we went on our last weekend trip! And last year we used our pass at one of my FAVORITE museums for outdoor fun.

Behind the scenes, we've been collecting info for our Summer Camp Guide. Scroll down for a summer camp preview and links to all of the Wabash Valley Easter events!

Musical Treasures with the Terre Haute Symphony

Our partners at the Terre Haute Symphony invite you to their "Musical Treasures" concert featuring Glen Dimick, tuba.

Tickets for kids start at just $4!

Hear GREAT music – many styles and periods drawn from audience requests, familiar favorites, and works featuring our THSO musicians. Both the players and the music are ”Musical Treasures!“ A highlight of the night will certainly be a rockin’ tuba solo by Principal Tuba, Glen Dimick!

Registration Now Open for ISU Community School of the Arts Summer Programs!

Not only do our partners at ISU CSA have appealing themes, but their hours likely work for families who are looking for daytime programming that coordinates with work hours!

These camps caught our eye!

Nature Unleashed for K-5: Take a walk on the wild side when we learn to be lions, tigers, bears and all things non-human in our theater class. We will learn how body language, voices and maybe even some dramatic costumes and makeup can transform us into something wild!

Toymakers for Grades K-5 and 6-8: Create your own comic book characters and story arc at Comic Book Adventure Camp.

STEAM for K-5 and 6-8: Think, experiment, and make art like a scientist this week! Use a variety of materials to make unique experimental artwork! In music class, learn how different instruments and objects create vibrations that form sound!

2023 Egg Hunt Graphic

Spring Egg Hunt in Downtown Terre Haute!

Grown ups, this message is for you!

Downtown Terre Haute is excited to host the 2nd Annual Downtown Terre Haute Spring Egg Hunt!

Friday, March 31 through Sunday, April 9, participating downtown businesses will be hiding and handing out eggs – many with goodies inside!

The format and rules will remain the same as last year:

Egg hunters are encouraged to pick up a “passport” at any participating location or online, which will guide them to participating businesses.

With each visit – and egg found – egg hunters will receive a stamp at that location.

Once a participant collects 12 stamps on their passport, they may turn it in for a chance to win a basket full of prizes (up to $250 value). Participants can submit a photo of their passport via email to info@downtownterrehaute.com.

Easter's on its way!

Our 2023 Easter Guide features Easter bunny pictures, egg hunts, and "egg my yard" fundraisers.

Some events include prizes (like a bike or Airpods), some include additional entertainment such as bounce houses, and still others include refreshments such as free hot dogs and drinks!

Hop on these photo ops!

The only guy who's more popular in TH than this guy is Santa Claus.

Meet the bunny at these local events and photo sessions!

Hey, guess what? We made it to spring! Good job, friends.
