At this point, we have contacted or attempted to contact everyone on both the pre-order list and the wait list. If you have not picked up your chile order, we are no longer holding it for you. Starting this morning, we will are roasting everything we have left and freezing it. We will be finished sometime on Saturday. You may still come today or tomorrow to purchase full or half sacks of whatever we have left but we will not be reserving or holding chile for anyone - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.

The 1 and 2 lb. packages of roasted chile will be available to anyone at anytime while supplies last.

*These are approximate pre-roasted weights. A typical loss after roasting is 10-12 lbs for a 30 lb. sack.

Please note the reason for the pricing increase over the first batch we brought in is due to freight. We were only able to order a half a truck which means the freight per sack of chile is double that of a full truck order.
