We have so many delicious "makeover" recipes to share with you this month that we're not quite sure where to begin.

Okay. We'll begin with our Cauliflower Mac & Cheese --- a makeover of everyone's favorite comfort food. It's made with whole wheat elbow macaroni, shredded cauliflower, and a cream-less cream sauce. And we have a steak makeover you may want to try as well made with cauliflower and no meat at all! Even the carnivores at your table will love our Cauliflower Steak with White Bean Sauce.

If you love muffins but don't appreciate all the white flour and sugar in most recipes, then you'll definitely want to try our Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin "Makeover," perfect for lunch boxes, after-school snacks, and even breakfast.

And speaking of breakfast, have you tried overnight oats yet? Our recipe for Banana Mango Overnight Oats is packed with filling fiber, protein, and heart-healthy omega-3s. Talk about a fun way to turn a ho-hum bowl of cereal into something special.
