3. Stock your pantry

Go shopping for vegetables, protein, fruit, and
other items on your food list. Be prepared with a few days’ worth of meals on hand.

In general, any protein shake with minimal sugar and an ingredient list you can pronounce is okay.

If you have extreme sugar cravings, order the Gymnema. Sucking on just 1 of these every 4 hours will leave you unable to taste sugar for 4 hours. If you can't taste it, it is no fun to eat it but more importantly it will not start the insulin tide which leads to more cravings.
