Newsletter Banner 1

Hello Friends!

I hope this month's newsletter finds you well and warm on these chilly winter days. From new golf tournaments to exciting volunteer opportunities - we have a lot to tell you about!

We currently have six families in residence, a seventh family moving in next week, and five families in our Aftercare Program. You may have seen, on our social media accounts, that we are working on a project to make a living room and play area for Harmony House. We're well on our way! The room will feature an arts and crafts area for the children, computer access for the moms, a television with Roku, and comfy living space with a reclining couch -- many thanks to our donors, Mary Anne and Scott, for the couch!

We were also incredibly blessed to receive a donation of a brand new oven from L.H. Brubaker Appliances! We began a donation drive back in October to raise funds for this purchase, but then L.H. Brubaker Employees took up a collection to buy us a brand new oven from their showroom! Thanks to additional, generous donations from community members, including The Mattern Family and The Wawa Foundation -- we exceeded our Oven Fundraiser Goal, raising $1,654.35. We will use the rest of these funds to purchase bigger, more efficient refrigerators for Clare and Harmony Houses, ensuring all families have enough room for their groceries!
