ausgolf NEWS - April 2020

Dear ausgolf readers,

We continue to see the impact of COVID-19 and how it is disrupting so much of our daily lives with all Australian courses now asked to close by Golf Australia, but some States permitting restricted play.

We'll stay in touch via our monthly newsletter and we'll add new content for you to access while you isolate with your loved ones.

In this newsletter we start the process by re-introducing Hacker Magazine - the people's champion, with free access to all the articles. Have a read, enjoy and hopefully in the not too distant future we'll all be chasing a little white pill around the fairways of our great golf courses Australia wide.

Please keep safe and do the right thing so that we can all get back to the game we love.

Cheers,

Team ausgolf.

All Australian golf clubs advised to close

It was inevitable after Victoria announced the closure of all golf courses and facilities on March 27th that golf courses country-wide may be shut down.

As the COVID-19 crisis deepened and the government laid down tougher restrictions to curb the spread of the disease, Golf Australia made the announcement on March 30th.
