Healdsburg Running Ladies: SCAVENGER HUNT TONIGHT Jan 12! Ladies, bring your kids for a fun run 'following the clues' making your way around town. If you missed the last one, you have to make it tonight, as it was a hoot! And a great run too! Meet at Healdsburg Running Company 333 Center Street at 6 pm. We will run/walk an in-town loop of 2.5–5+ miles. RUN> SMILE:) REPEAT!

Wurst Runner's Part X: Star Wars Returns For Brats! Thursday 1/14 at 6 pm fun run "family night" Star Wars Themed run with in-town loop of 5K (3 miles) and 10K (6 miles) and everything in between with some walking and many going longer. Finishing at our favorite The Wurst Restaurant with a runner's special on kids meals as well as brat's, beers and burger specials! Come out & play with us! Star Wars style with special prizes and raffle items.

RIVER RATS: Saturday's (1/16 at 8 am) fun trail run will be at Riverfront Regional Park 7821 Eastside Road Healdsburg just a few minutes from the shop, Windsor and Santa Rosa. All distances and all paces (from 3 miles and many going to Wohler Bridge 7 to over 12 mile runs)! Hot coffee (Starbucks), Meat Pies (BurtoNZ Bakery), Hydration (Nuya) and Adult Trail Beverages (Bear Republic Brewing Co.). Priceless Ultra running gift for all the runners and walkers! No one has better trails than Sonoma County!
