Jasmin Saidi-Kuehnert

Jasmin is the founder, President and CEO of Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute, Inc. (ACEI). She is a published author and speaker on world education systems and advises institutions and organizations on emerging markets, credential evaluation standards and building global pathways initiatives. She has served as chaired of committees of professional associations such as NAFSA: Association of International Educators, AACRAO, and AICE.

Jasmin holds a BA in Political Science from the University of San Diego and MBA from Pepperdine University. Currently, she is the Chair of the International Education Standards Council that oversees the country profiles and credential advice for AACRAO’s Electronic Database on Global Education (EDGE). She is also the President of the Board of Directors of the Association of International Credential Evaluators (AICE), a non-profit professional association for credential evaluation service providers in the U.S.

Sara Ghaffarian - headshot

Sara Ghaffarian

Sara started working in the field of international credential evaluation in 2019 with the Comparative Education Service at the University of Toronto, providing educational assessment for employment, education, and immigration purposes. Prior to joining the field, Sara held teaching, research, liaison and administrative positions in the education and diplomatic sectors with various organizations, such as the German Embassy in Tehran, Goethe-Institut Toronto, the University of Waterloo, the Universität Mannheim, the School of Continuing Studies at the University of Toronto A multilingual speaker of German, Farsi, and English, Sara grew up in Germany and later moved to Iran where she did her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree at the University of Isfahan and Shahid Beheshti Tehran before moving to Canada to pursue her PhD at the University of Waterloo in Applied Linguistics with a focus on language education.
