Dear Strathcona Nordics Ski Club Members,
We have a number of blank spaces where we need volunteers to run next week's race. If your child is attending a Jackrabbits program, this is a gentle reminder that we can only run the program with the help of volunteers such as yourselves. However, the big secret is that volunteers have a lot more fun, not only because it's always more fun being involved with great people who care like you do, but because races are where we get to help our young athletes be their best as we as support the ones that our children look up to - the racing team and masters racers, many of whom are the coaches!
If your child is racing and you want to make sure you see them on the course or at the finish line, let us know and we can support you in that.
So if you can make it work at all, we'd really love to have you there on the hill with us.
