So much jam! Rachel and crew have been in the kitchen, building up our stock of jams. They tackled five different flavors this week so we could be fully stocked for Saturday's important fundraiser as well as the upcoming holiday shows. Leetonia High School spent their last fall visit helping with jam making and we sure appreciated all the extra hands! We will miss these folks and look forward to their return in the spring! When not in the kitchen, the GG crew has made the most of the lovely weather and completed a ton of fall tasks out in the fields. Fertilizing, pulling plants, harvesting gourds...they have been busy but there's still more to do! You are always welcome to stop out and join in the fun! Next time you're here, take a walk around outside and see what they've been up to. | Raising Funds for GG THIS SATURDAY - October 28 from 6-9pm - join us at ill will for a fun fall evening as we raise money to pay our clients for the work they do here in North Lima! The GG crew cleans the building, takes care of the landscaping, maintains the wood paths, sets up for special church events, and so much more. While GG is paid by the Department of Developmental Disabilities to provide services to adults with disabilities, we are not allowed to use those funds to pay our clients for all they do. Without jam sales, generous donors, and fundraisers like Saturday's event, Goodness Grows would not be able to continue.
