Thank you Wendy Walker for capturing the moment in Leavenworth!

Greetings!

I trust you all are enjoying this amazing weather. It is certainly a welcome baking out of all the moisture from this winter. I've had a great break! I really enjoyed a lot of nature both in and out of Seattle. I'm feeling refreshed, restored and ready for a fun summer of classes with all of you, starting tomorrow, Sunday, July 9th. Welcome to all who can join us this summer and welcome to all the new students!

Please remember:

1) On Sunday and Tuesday evenings we will practice at Sandel Park in Crown Hill. 9053 1st Ave NW, 98117. We convene on the Southwest corner. Its super easy to find; if you have any questions, drop me an email. (If it rains we'll be back at the dojo). Dress accordingly for a cooler breeze. This park is flat, grassy, there is plenty of parking, its on the #5 busline and it has good bathrooms. All other classes remain inside at the school.

2) Most classes are all levels. Come early, stay late and if you are in and out this summer, pop in as you can! Registration packages are discounted and flexible during the sunny months. And good news- Nina will continue her Monday 6 pm class for July. I know you will all miss Scooter's Thursday night class but he will be helping out on Sundays & Tuesdays along with our other senior students. There is plenty of room outside so we can break out into levels. If you are a beginner, come on!

3) We are very happy to have Greg Patenaude join the Moon on a more regular basis starting July 23. On Sunday mornings he will be teaching Tibetan Tsa Lung-A Healing Yoga of Breath & Movement and Dzogchen Meditation. Read here.. He's also doing a class this Sunday, July 9th. You can take one or both on a drop-in basis. Suggested donation of $10.
