New Flow Class
Vinyasa Flow Classes, in the words of one of our teachers “be prepared to work hard in this vigorous class”.
Each session Begins with sun salutations to deepen the breath and increase the heat in the muscles, preparing the body for postures that will challenge your flexibility, balance and stamina. Postures flow into each other linked by the breath.

Hatha Class
Hatha Yoga is one of the more subtle forms of yoga, drawing on all aspects of yoga but particularly a varied selection of postures and breathing exercises to encourage exploration, understanding and improvement of our body’s natural movement patterns.
A relaxed caring atmosphere is created in these classes which can be enjoyed by all ages and all levels.
