2020 Wisconsin Leaders Summit Information and sign up
New for 2020 we are offering a 1 day Leaders Summit that will meet the license requirement for a Level 3 Coach. Before you read any further, please be sure you read and understand the NICA Coaches License Program
Even though the Leaders Summit it is only required for Level 3 coaches, we highly recommend all coaches/parents who'd like to learn more about the Wisconsin NICA Coaching model to attend.
The Wisconsin Leaders Summit brings together coaches, both new and experienced—to learn the NICA model, develop skills and knowledge, share strategies, and build community.
In addition, training is offered for all 3 Coach Levels. An ideal opportunity for new and seasoned coaches to share thoughts and opinions – it is the perfect environment to get charged up for the coming season.
This year, both Saturday and Sunday will be exactly the same curriculum consisting of 2 somewhat different tracks for existing and new coaches with a full day of coach and team collaboration from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm. We will NOT be offering MTB skills certifications at the 2020 Leaders Summit, although, if the weather cooperates, we will offer a group ride from 5:00 until 6:30.
