It was so beautiful to watch. Some of my friends took beautiful pictures...this one is decent. Hope you were able to watch it.
Yup! Mid May already! Spring is in full force! Things are starting to bloom and green up here. And dry out too. Paula and I are utilizing The Power of 8 this week by settling into a quick meditation/grounding, focus on the heart centers and then up to the 'ledge' for an 8 min broadcast with the intention of a nice, gentle, Earth Quenching rain for CO, NM, AZ, CA and the states that are drying out. You are Welcome and encouraged to join us to Boost the Broadcast. Simply set your timer for 8 min. Connect in to YourSelf, center and ground to Mother Earth, feel your Heart Center and feel it expand in love & joy then hop up to the ethers and Start your Timer and broadcast Nice, Gentle, Earth Quenching Rains. See the earth green, grass growing, trees lush, rivers, streams and lakes filling up, crops growing. At the end of the 8 min, come back gently to where you are. And watch for the shifts

A friend posted a quote by Osho about Laughter. I really enjoyed it, so decided to see what else Osho had to say about Laughter. Here are a couple quotes that caught my eyes. "Laughter is not irreligious. Laughter is one of the most evolved phenomena in human life. No other animal can laugh, it is only man; it is only man who can laugh." Osho "In a real deep laughter the mind disappears. It is not a part of mind or of the heart. When a real laughter happens -- a belly laughter, as it is called -- then it comes from your very core; from your very center ripples start spreading towards your circumference. Just as you throw a rock into a silent lake and ripples arise and they start moving towards the source, in the same way real laughter arises from your center and moves towards your circumference. It is almost like an earthquake! Each single cell of your body, each fiber dances in tune." Osho I like these quotes by Osho. We (as humans) can get caught up in the 'seriousness' of Life. But I like to think that Life isn't meant to be taken seriously...I think God/Higher Power has a sense of humor and is encouraging us to laugh regularly.
