Happy Weekend!

I'm writing this in the midst of a winter storm. It's April 14th and the only word I can think of is "cruel". This has been one crazy spring. It's a good thing that my major plan for the weekend is to finish painting our daughter's bedroom!

My Favorite Things this week... It was so fun to share in the launch party celebration of this cookbook (link here) here in Minnesota this week. Did you see the beautiful citrus-poppy seed cookies I made from the book? They have been a total hit with family and friends, and the recipe has everyone buying this scoop (link here) so they can make the cookies in the very same way!

CRUMBS: What We Made This Week

Fresh Corn Salsa is my favorite way to salsa!

I created this salsa in celebration of the Grand Opening of the latest Fresh Thyme store in Minnesota. I've been dipping tortilla chips into it, eating it as a side with my morning eggs, and topping enchiladas with it. So good!
