EVICTED: Reading Together to Support Families

Be a part of Kalamazoo Public Library’s Reading Together program. This unique conversation will focus on the early childhood classroom and other programs that serve children and families.

Please register for our Feb. 1st, 1-3pm Book Study at Kalamazoo RESA West Campus, 4606 Croyden Avenue. Enter through the PET doors. All are welcome (even if you don’t read the ENTIRE book)! Check out this New Yorker article by the same author.

Can’t make this session on Feb. 1st? Let us know and we will provide you with an Early Childhood Facilitation Guide so you can host a discussion at your own site.

Kalamazoo CMH's System of Care Conference
This three-day conference will bring together some of our area’s most experienced service providers, parents and youth, with the goal of involving everyone in the System of Care. Workshops will cover topics like Healthcare Integration, Trauma, Child Welfare, Medication, Mental Health, Community Resources, Juvenile Justice, Education, Youth Voice, Family Voice and More!

Keep your eyes out for our brand new Protective Factors Families. We are working hard to develop materials that will reach all families. There are a few spaces left in Protective Factors Overview Training on Feb. 8th. Another one will be offered on March 7th.
