I have openings this week still...

I hope your Thanksgiving celebrations went well. I had a relaxing day and dinner at my cousin's place with family. Now we are into the holiday season full blast! Make sure to keep ahead of the holiday stress by scheduling your Bodywork or Soul Reconnection session now!

I do love the lights this time of year! This picture was taken at the York Street Botanical Gardens a few years ago by me.

Slowly our office is being updated. about a month ago the walls were repainted; last weekend we got new ceiling tiles; and this weekend we are getting new flooring. We are excited about the fresh look! This means I can only do Bodywork sessions on Mon, Tues and Wed this week. My Soul Reconnection sessions can be scheduled Mon, Tues, Wed, Friday and Saturday this week, as these sessions can be done remotely.

I have been trying out CBD (no THC, this will not get you 'high', only the medicinal properties) creams and tinctures to help reduce inflammation and pain from the accident. I have had success! I have not had to take any ibuprofen since using them, and they help with the pain and inflammation. I am so impressed that on Friday I am going up to Ambary Gardens to learn more and become a distributer for their products. I am hoping to have a class soon, so that you can ask your questions and learn more.

I am slowly learning more about this extract. Something I found out today is that all humans are born with cannabinoid receptors and that cannabinoids are found in breast milk! Wow! I am looking forward to learning more about how this chemical helps reset homeostasis and how it can help me and you better! I will send out a note when I have them for sale!
